Cassandra Hartley – Principal of Operations , who specialises in Business Management, Administrative tasks and customer care, she has over 10 years experience working for different organisations mostly in Administration Management, Reception, Customer Service, Sales and more recently with Business Consultancy and Business Management. This has been accross several different industries such as the Employment Sector, Community Service Sector, Trades and Services, I.T. and Retail.

The idea for Online Administration was conceived by Cassandra who after more than 10 years of loyal service to the Business Administrative and Customer Service field believed that there had to be a better way to balance the pay packet and the lifestyle. Needing more flexibility than ever she quickly realised in order to have the lifestyle she craved a change needed to be made, it certainly wasn’t going to happen working for somebody else. Travelling for up to 2 hours a day in unforgiving traffic, the only alternative was to be squished between hordes of smelly commuters on a packed train that was always late. With office politics, downtimes, run times, lunch times & crunch times...It was a never ending saga.

So Online Administration was born. Cassandra has worked tirelessly to make Online Administration what it is today. Constantly striving for perfection and to offer a more comprehensive service she decided to extend her team and incorporate "Associates" so that Online Administration could offer a range of services to businesses that Cassandra herself could not offer, but of course this doesnt stop Cassandra from taking on extra learning all the time because she does love to improve her skills.

James Pickard - I.T Manager, specialises in the delivery of exemplary I.T services. James has over 12 years experience in the I.T field and has worked for several different organisations including one the largest Educational Institutions in Australia for the last 9 years. James was handpicked by Online Administration because of his adaptability, qualifications, skills and experience. James' knowledge of Information Systems is constantly increasing as he strives to keep abreast of market changes, new technologies and ideas.

James is a man of many talents who multi tasks with ease. While his days are filled he is so inundated with drive and persistance that he takes on our after hours work aswell, now thats committment. James is definitely our shining star, he manages our team of I.T contractors and makes sure that every business is only served with the best of quality at all times.
